Delivery
Melbourne Cigar Club deliver Australia wide and in most cases the delivery charge is $14.95, in some instances we may be required quote for delivery. Melbourne Cigar Club takes no resposibilty for goods that are lost in delivery, however we will do our utmost to help locate the missing goods.
Please allow approx 5-10 days for delivery.
At this time we only ship within Australia, however if you live outside Australia and would like to purchase goods or if you have any other inquiries regarding deliveries, including sending goods via registered post, please use use the Contact Us page.
Returns
Every effort will be made by Melbourne Cigar Club to provide you with the highest qualilty of cigars and accessories, however if you find that goods are damaged or defective from manufacture, contact us immediately to discuss the matter, please include a phone number to expedite the situation.
Melbourne Cigar Club does not return goods or provide a refund if you change your mind.
